Susa Mileage
The car logbook your tax office expects
Drive as usual. Susa Mileage notices, records the trip, and at the end of the year gives you the report your tax office expects. Pay once, no subscription, and your trips stay in your own iCloud.
One purchase covers your iPhone and iPad. No subscription, no in-app purchases, no account.
Private by architecture
Your drives are nobody's business but yours.
Mileage apps usually keep your location history on their servers. Susa Mileage has no server. Your trips are stored on your iPhone and in your own iCloud Drive, and that's where they stay.
There is no account to create and no email address to hand over. Install it, say which country you pay tax in, and drive.
Logs itself
Start driving. That's the whole setup.
Susa Mileage notices when you start driving and records where you went and how far. CarPlay or your car's Bluetooth helps it tell. GPS runs only during the drive, so your battery lasts.
After the drive, one tap says what it was for: Personal, Commute, or Business with a short reason like “Meeting with a client”.
A log you can stand behind
Every change stays on the record.
Tax offices expect a logbook that can't be quietly rewritten. When you correct a trip, Susa Mileage keeps the earlier version next to the new one, and a removed trip stays in the history with your reason.
Your iPhone and iPad each keep their own copy of the log in your iCloud, so nothing is lost when both are used.
Made for tax time
The report your country expects.
At the end of the year Susa Mileage adds it all up: business and personal distance, your business-use share, and what you can claim under your country's rules.
Export a PDF with every trip for your tax office or accountant, a CSV for your spreadsheet, or a file for Susa Books.
Rules for where you live
Set your country once.
United States
The 2026 standard mileage rate of 72.5 cents a mile, plus medical and charity miles.
Canada
Actual costs times your business-use share, with the interest and lease limits applied. CCA goes to Susa Books.
United Kingdom
Simplified expenses: 55p a mile for the first 10,000 business miles, then 25p.
Australia
Cents per kilometre, 91 cents for 2026–27, up to 5,000 km per car.
Europe
Ireland, Germany, the Netherlands and France, plus a business-use log with VAT for the rest of the EU.
Updated every year
Rates change. Each year's rules come with an app update, checked against the official government pages.
Costs and receipts
Fuel, insurance, repairs, parking.
Add each cost with a photo of the receipt. Sales tax and VAT are kept separate, so your accountant or Susa Books can treat them properly.
Parking and tolls on a business trip count in full, not as a share.
